In order to do a good job in the unified testing of special sports enrollment, high-level athletes and sports winners, the following implementation measures are formulated through research:
First, the college entrance examination special enrollment of sports majors, high-level athletes (collectively referred to as special enrollment of sports) and sports winners receive preferential points for special testing of sports. Under the leadership of the Provincial Admissions Office, the Provincial Department of Education and the Sports Bureau, the Department of Physical Education of Zhejiang University was entrusted to organize the implementation.

Third, the registration conditions

The registration work will be carried out at the end of March and the beginning of April, and the specific registration time will be determined by the municipal college admissions offices. Candidates hold their ID card, two recent one-inch documents of the same edition and relevant certificates, and register at the college admissions office in the county (city, district) where their household registration is located, and pay the registration examination fee of 90 yuan. Candidates who sign up for the special entrance examination for sports must fill in the registration form for the special entrance examination for sports in 2002. This year's high school graduates who sign up for the preferential bonus test for sports special students need to fill in the Registration Form for the 2002 Unified Test for Preferential Bonus for Sports Special Students (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Form) (see annex 1 2), and at the same time, fill in the Admission Ticket for the Evaluation and Special Enrollment of Sports Special Students in Zhejiang Province in 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the Admission Ticket) (annex 3), and affix a one-inch certificate with the same edition recently. The enrollment offices of colleges and universities all over the country stamp the registration form and the photo of the admission ticket with a riding seal, and then give the admission ticket to the candidates themselves after plastic packaging. After the registration, the county (city, district) college admissions office should send the registration form to the municipal college admissions office in time, and the municipal admissions office will summarize and review the candidates' information and input it into the floppy disk before April 8, and send (send) the registration form together with the floppy disk to the physical education department office of Zhejiang University (Xixi Campus), and pay the registration fee of the candidates in this city to the provincial admissions office.

The teachers recommended by the school require good thinking, professional proficiency, serious and responsible work, with the title of lecturer or director of teaching and research section or above the national first-class referee, and no immediate family members took the exam in that year. The evaluation team of each project is composed of 1 team leader (who must have the national first-class referee qualification or above) and several evaluation personnel, who are responsible for the test of this project. In order to ensure the quality of testing work, examiners must strictly implement the principle of "fairness and justice". (4) Candidates should bear all the expenses for taking the exam.
(5) After the examination, the Organizing Committee of Physical Education Department of Zhejiang University should accurately fill in the scores of the candidates who participated in the "Test for Sports Special Students" and "Preferential Extra Test for Sports Special Students" in the item test score column of the registration form, sign and seal it as required, and send the test score book (in duplicate) to the provincial admissions office.
"Sports Winner Registration Form" will take effect after being verified and sealed by the Provincial Admissions Office.
