Discussion on the Application of Concurrent Engineering in China Petrochemical Pipeline Engineering Construction

I. Research background

Concurrent engineering is the product of increasingly fierce competition in the world market. In 1980s, in order to better adapt to the changes in the market and win the competitive advantage, enterprises all over the world adopted new ideas, new methods and new technologies to improve the product development model. On the basis of CAD and CIMS technology, a number of advanced manufacturing technologies and methods have emerged in the manufacturing field, which fundamentally changed the traditional serial operation mode of enterprises. On this basis, the concept of concurrent engineering came into being.

Logistics opening report II

First, the basis and significance of the topic.

E-commerce is a brand-new business operation mode with the rapid development of computer network and communication technology, especially the wide application of Internet. It breaks the boundary between time and space, simplifies the trade process through global networking, thus reducing the trade cost, promoting the business restructuring of enterprises and greatly improving productivity. With the development of economy, the connotation of traditional logistics management is expanding, and reverse logistics comes into being. In reverse logistics management, return management accounts for a large proportion, especially in recent years, with the development of e-commerce and the enhancement of consumers' awareness of rights protection, product returns, especially online returns, tend to increase. Statistics show that between 2000 and 2004, online returns tripled. The increase in the return volume invisibly increases the return cost, thus reducing the profit brought by using e-commerce. According to the latest survey of Harris Interactive, a market research company, a convenient return policy is very beneficial to the development of online retailing. 90% consumers said that the website's convenient return policy and procedures played an important role in their purchase decision. 85% consumers think that if the return terms are inconvenient, they may not shop in the store; And 8 1% of consumers said that the convenience of returning goods would be taken into account when choosing a shopping store. These factors make return management a problem that online retailers have to pay attention to. In-depth study of reverse logistics and establishment of a perfect reverse logistics return management system will be beneficial to the benign development of e-commerce enterprises and enhance their development momentum. It is necessary for China's e-commerce enterprises to seriously study the phenomenon of reverse logistics, attach importance to return management, and actively build an e-commerce reverse logistics management system.

Second, research status and development trend at home and abroad

According to the investigation of American reverse logistics experts Rogors and Tibben Lembke 1999, the total logistics cost accounts for 10.7% of the total American economy, and the reverse logistics cost accounts for about 4% of the total logistics cost, which is about $35 billion in 1997. More than13 enterprises in the United States are concerned about the final disposal of their products. Especially in automobile parts manufacturing, electronic products manufacturing, publishing and catalog sales, the implementation of reverse logistics is of great significance. The resources and raw materials saved by remanufacturing reverse logistics have brought considerable economic benefits to enterprises.

The evolution of brand-new concepts of resources, environment and economy has led to the breakthrough development stage of reverse logistics. In a sense, reverse logistics, which has the reputation of "green logistics" and "environmental protection logistics", also bears another important responsibility of excellent enterprises-a sharp weapon to show the company's competitiveness and leading edge. Therefore, General Motors, Sears, 3M and many online retailers have pushed reverse logistics from the background to the focus agenda of high-level meetings, because they clearly know that effective reverse logistics systems and processes will return returned goods to inventory, sell them in clean centers, or disassemble them into parts to save costs, increase profits and improve customer service quality.

However, the research on reverse logistics in China is still in its infancy, and the related research results are still very limited. The reverse logistics market is huge and open at the same time. In China, there are a lot of gaps and potential space in the professional development of this field, whether it is services or software systems. For product enterprises, having a good reverse logistics system will reduce their pressure and enhance their strength; For third-party logistics, software developers and other service providers, reverse logistics, a rich and delicious meal, has just begun, and few people eat crabs first.

Thirdly, the research content of the paper.

This paper mainly uses the method of combining theoretical research and empirical analysis to consult books, documents and data related to e-commerce and reverse logistics. On this basis, combined with professional knowledge, a full analysis was made. In view of the problems existing in the return management of reverse logistics under e-commerce, this paper summarizes the causes and development obstacles of return from the perspective of maximizing the profits of enterprises, and analyzes the problems faced by return management. According to the actual situation of e-commerce in China today, this paper puts forward feasible solutions and feasible solutions. Mainly includes the following aspects:

1) Firstly, the basic concepts of e-commerce and reverse logistics are summarized. On the basis of analyzing their meanings and characteristics, the necessity of reverse logistics return management is summarized by comparing with forward logistics.

2) Analyzed the obstacles to the development of reverse logistics in China's current e-commerce environment, the traditional return management methods and defects, the return management mode in the e-commerce environment, the difficulties faced by enterprises today and the bottlenecks that need to be broken through in their development.

3) Summarize the key elements and some strategies and skills of reverse logistics return management under e-commerce, analyze the problems existing in reverse logistics return management, and point out that we should break through the bottleneck to obtain the development direction and solutions.

4) Focus on the management strategy of return reverse logistics in e-commerce, and specifically discuss the methods and requirements of starting point management, process management and follow-up management. At the same time, there are still many obstacles in the implementation of reverse logistics, and how to solve the existing obstacles is an urgent problem. On the basis of studying and summarizing the previous research results, the author puts forward relevant countermeasures.

5) Interpret the example of Philips return management strategy. Through the analysis and research of this case, we can further understand the various return management strategies discussed in this paper.

Fourthly, the research plan of the paper.

In-depth reading of relevant theoretical books, periodicals, reports and other documents. Absorb the existing research results, master the relevant research status, understand the research development trend and trend, enrich the theory and lay a solid foundation.

Collect information related to the research topic extensively.

By absorbing the existing research results and conducting in-depth discussion through case analysis.
