"[1] (r105-106) College students' associations are an important part of campus culture in colleges and universities, bearing the important task of building a first-class campus culture and an important carrier of ideological and political education for college students. With the continuous improvement and development of college associations, associations have gradually become an important platform for young students to cultivate their hobbies and expand their knowledge fields, and have also become more popular organizations in colleges and universities. "According to the statistics of the sample survey, about 85% of the students in major universities across the country have participated in one or more student associations." [2](R58) It can be seen that the community is very important as a platform for students to communicate, but now the development of the community is facing many problems, such as the imperfect student community system, insufficient attention, low quality of activities, and lack of training for college student community cadres. In view of the problems existing in college associations, how to strengthen the management of associations and make them effectively promote education and teaching under the new situation has become a new topic in college student work.
