Wang Qingyuan, male, born in June 1965, native of party member, Chongqing, Ph.D., professor and doctoral supervisor. Master degree from Sichuan University, Ph.D. from Paris Central University. He is currently the president and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Chengdu University. Wang Qingyuan graduated from Chengdu University of Technology (now Sichuan University) and received his doctorate from Paris Central University on 1998.
