Finally, in 1885, Zuo died in Fuzhou, Fujian at the age of 73. On his deathbed, Zuo dictated his legacy, obsessed with national hatred and family feuds:
"I am a scholar, and the knowledge of Emperor Teda has been shown by Emperor Wenzong. Repeated service in three dynasties, overwhelmed. I am a member of the board of directors and the general manager outside. Although I am buried in the grave, I don't want to hate it! The Vietnam War is the key to China's strength. " So far, I haven't attacked my country on a large scale. I hate my life, so I can't close my eyes! "
What about the descendants after Zuo's death?
Zuo has four sons, namely Zuo, Zuo Xiaokuan, Zuo Xiaoxun and Zuo Xiaotong.
Zuo, the eldest son, was born in 1846 by Zhou, the wife of Zuo. Zuo likes his eldest son best and always takes him with him. When Zuo grew up, he worked in Zuo's camp. 1873, Zuo moved to Shaanxi and Gansu, and Zuo was seriously ill and died at the age of 27.
The second son, Zuo Xiaokuan, was born in 1847 and was born to Zuo's concubine Zhang. Zuo Xiaokuan didn't become famous or an official. He embarked on the road of practicing medicine and became a famous local doctor. Among Zuo Xiaokuan's grandchildren, there is a famous anorectal surgery expert and professor-Zuo Jingjian. Zuo Jingjian, Huang Jiasi, Qiu Fazu and Wu Jieping are also called "Four Knives" of China Surgery.
The third son, Zuo Xiaoxun, was born in 1853 and was born to Zuo's concubine Zhang. Zuo Xiaoxun entered the official career through the imperial examination. He is very good at military affairs. He used to be a modest official in the Ministry of War: the head of the Ministry of War. Zuo Xiaoxun has two grandchildren, and he is famous. One is Zuo, whose pen name is more widely known. He was the editor-in-chief of Hua Bao, China Daily and Dangjun Daily, and wrote eight novels, including We Are All Unhappy-Until the End of the Day and Long Night. One is Zuo Jingyi, a famous corrosion protection expert in China. He is a professor in beijing university of chemical technology and an adjunct professor at Zhejiang University and University of Science and Technology Beijing.
The fourth son, Zuo Xiaotong, was born in 1857 and was born to Zuo's concubine Zhang. Zuo Xiaotong Qin gave a juren, while Na Zi gave a Taoist priest. 1894, after the Sino-Japanese Sino-Japanese War of 1894, Zuo Xiaotong was in charge of fighting in the Japanese army. He has served as minister of Guanglu Temple, magistrate of Zongrenfu, provincial judge of Henan, provincial judge of Jiangsu, and minister of Jiangsu, and is also a government official.
In addition to his four sons, Zuo has four daughters, namely Zuo Xiaoyu, Zuo, Zuo Xiaolin and Zuo Xiaoyu. These four daughters were born to their wife Zhou.
Zuo Xiaoyu was born in 1833, the first child of Zuo. At that time, Zuo was only 2 1 year old. At that time, Tao Shu, the governor of Liangjiang, took a fancy to Zuo's talent and wanted to marry his children to his in-laws. As a result, when Zuo Xiaoyu was five years old, she made a young marriage with Tao Shu's seven-year-old only son, Tao Ming. The granddaughter of Tao Xun and Zuo Xiaoyu married the son of Hunan celebrity Tan Sitong. Tan Siyi's brother is very famous. His name is Tan Sitong.
Zuo was born in 1834, and he was brilliant since he was a child. Unfortunately, because of illness, she never got married. 1873, left early death. That year, Zuo lost his eldest son, Zuo, and his second daughter, Zuo, and felt the grief of "white-haired people send black-haired people."
Zuo Xiaolin and Zuo Xiaoyu were both born in 1837, and were married to Li Fuchang and Monday Biao, children of Xiangtan celebrities, respectively.
It is worth mentioning that in ancient times, women's lack of talent was virtue. Zuo and his wife Zhou did not relax their education for their daughters. Zuo's four daughters are not only knowledgeable, but also proficient in poetry and prose. They all have poems published in the world, namely Five Little Poems, Shilan Poems, Qionghuage Poems and Jianzhai Poems.
