1966 10 was born in Suizhong county, Liaoning province. 1990 worked in Qingdao University of Technology (formerly Qingdao Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture). At the same time, he is the executive director of China Revolutionary History Research Association and the deputy secretary-general of Qingdao Historical Society. He has been engaged in the teaching and research of undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as Outline of Modern History of China and Historical Process and Law of Marxism in China. He has presided over three social science planning projects in provinces and cities, and published more than 20 academic papers in journals such as Learning and Exploration, Shandong Social Sciences, ludong university journal (Social Science Edition) and History Teaching Problems.
