The work plan for changing majors formulated by various colleges (departments) was discussed and passed at the1/president's office meeting, and is now published (see annex). The relevant work matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. All colleges (departments) are requested to announce the detailed implementation rules for changing majors from colleges (departments) to teachers and students in a prominent position on the website of colleges (departments) from the date of this notice (the list of working groups for changing majors from colleges can be omitted) for the reference of students applying for changing majors.
2. From the date of issuance of this notice to April 28th, students who voluntarily apply to change their majors must submit the approval form for changing majors and Chinese transcripts to their colleges (departments) according to the Notice on Carrying out the Work of Changing Majors for Undergraduates in Suzhou University (hereinafter referred to as No.59 [2065438+05]) and the Work Plan for Changing Majors for Undergraduates in Suzhou University (see annex), and will not be accepted after the deadline.
Three, please colleges (departments) in accordance with the requirements of the teaching word [2015] No.59 notice, this notice and its annexes, earnestly do a good job in the examination room classroom borrowing, student transfer audit, transfer to the examination and other work, and submit relevant materials. Relevant matters are reminded as follows:
Before May 4th, 1 year, the college (department) where the transferred student belongs shall submit three * * materials, such as Student Approval Form, China Transcript and Summary of College (Department) Undergraduate's Application for Changing Major (Transfer), to the student registration department, and send the summary to pumanli@suda.edu.cn at the same time.
Please carefully examine the application qualifications of students in accordance with the regulations. Information about the applicant's orientation students, students recommended by foreign language schools, etc. It can be obtained from the "Enrollment Category" field by the educational teacher through the path of "student management → student status management → information maintenance → query" in the educational system.
2./KLOC-Before May 0/9, the paper and electronic draft of the undergraduate primary list of each college (department) must be submitted to the Student Status Section (Email:pumanli@suda.edu.cn when it is transferred to an institution. If there are different training directions under changing majors, please fill them in the remarks column of the summary table so that students who change majors can choose courses smoothly.
Four, please colleges (departments) in strict accordance with the [2065438+05] No.59 notice, the requirements of the detailed rules for the implementation of colleges (departments), and the work plan published in this notice, fair, just and open organization of professional transfer, and accept the supervision of all teachers and students.
