The North Campus is located in Leifeng Avenue, Wangcheng District, Changsha City. The school is a distinctive university of finance and economics, led by academicians, covering management, economy, engineering, science, law, literature, art, education and other interdisciplinary subjects. It has the right to award master's and bachelor's degrees.
