Who are the counselors in the university?
College counselors are teachers. School officials are engaged in students' ideological and political education, students' daily management, employment guidance, mental health and the construction of student party groups. Each counselor generally manages one or several classes. If you want to be a college counselor, you must have at least a bachelor's degree.

The advantages of being a counselor

The advantages of being a counselor are free working hours, easy work, low pressure, high salary, good working environment and enjoying the same teacher establishment as other teachers. Counselors are school public officials engaged in students' ideological and political education, daily management and mental health.

Counselors are equivalent to class teachers in high schools, but they have more free time than class teachers. The head teacher in high school should not only manage the class, but also teach. College counselors are different. They only need to manage the class and enjoy the rest in winter and summer vacations.
