Civil Aviation Flight University of China (hereinafter referred to as "China Hangyuan") is a full-time ordinary institution of higher learning directly under the Civil Aviation Administration of China. It is a university jointly established by Civil Aviation Administration of China and Sichuan Province. The predecessor of the Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China is the 14th Aviation School of the People's Liberation Army. On May 26th, 1956, the Aviation School of CAAC was established with the support of the Air Force. On September 22nd of the same year, it was named the 14th Aviation School of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. 1October 25th 1963 and 10 were renamed as China Civil Aviation Advanced Aviation School, and reported to the State Council for approval to be included in the list of institutions of higher learning; 1971May19, and was renamed the 14th Aviation School of the Chinese People's Liberation Army again; On August 7th, 1980, it was renamed as Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China; 1987 65438+February 15 approved by the State Education Commission, it was upgraded to a full-time ordinary undergraduate school and renamed as Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China.
