Xiong Sidong, male, born in June, 1962, Han nationality, newly-built in Jiangxi, graduated from Shanghai Medical University, with a doctorate in microbiology, a researcher and a member of NLD. 1982 joined the work in February. Since 1987, he has been engaged in teaching and scientific research of microbiology and immunology.
Xiong Sidong's initial education was only a junior college degree, and he graduated from Nanchang Health School. After work, I was admitted to Shanxi Medical College (now Shanxi Medical University) for a master's degree through my own efforts, and then went to Shanghai Medical University (now Fudan University) to study for a doctorate. After more than ten years of college study, he finally grew from a grass-roots doctor to a university scholar.
After graduation, he continued to teach at Shanghai Medical University and served as the deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Molecular Virology. During this period, he visited the University of California to further improve his academic ability.
After returning to China, Professor Xiong Sidong gradually took up management positions, successively serving as vice president of Fudan University Graduate School, and then transferred to Suzhou University, serving as vice president and president of Suzhou University for 6 years.
