First, prepare the materials and utensils for this snack. You need plums, especially ripe and yellow plums, which weigh about 4 kg. We also need 250g of perilla, 700g of salt and 500ml of white wine. Appliances are common maintenance containers, as well as pressure pads and stones. After preparing these materials and utensils, you can start doing it.
Step 1: disinfect the container with white wine. If you don't clean it, it will be moldy, so as to ensure that home appliances are oil-free and water-free.
Step 2: Soak the plums in water for 2-3 hours to remove the astringency, and then fully dry them. Don't forget to remove the pedicles of plums and use tools such as scissors.
Step 3: Prepare 700 grams of salt for 4 kilograms of plums. If you don't like being too idle, you can add a little less.
Step 4: Disinfect the plums with white wine, roll them with salt and put them in containers one by one.
Step 5: Cover the cushion cover. In order to prevent dust, cover it with plastic bags and remember to disinfect it with white wine. Then put it in the shade and press a stone twice the weight of the plum on it.
The general soaking time is 3 days. After 3 days, open the container and put in the prepared perilla. After perilla needs to be washed, rub it with proper amount of salt and wring out the liquid. This step must be repeated at least three times. Put the perilla in and cover it. 1 month later, plums are delicious and ready to dry. Put the plums on the bamboo mat container, be careful not to put them together, there should be a gap in the middle, and don't break them. It will take about four or five days to dry thoroughly, and when it is completely dried, the preserved plums will be ready.
Dried salted plums are a very healthy snack, because plums have antibacterial, bactericidal, detoxification and gastrointestinal functions.
