The general soaking time is 3 days. After 3 days, open the container and put in the prepared perilla. After perilla needs to be washed, rub it with proper amount of salt and wring out the liquid. This step must be repeated at least three times. Put the perilla in and cover it. 1 month later, plums are delicious and ready to dry. Put the plums on the bamboo mat container, be careful not to put them together, there should be a gap in the middle, and don't break them.
