National scholarship evaluation rules:
National scholarships are reviewed once every academic year, evaluated equally, and adhere to the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality and merit. Colleges and universities start the evaluation work at the beginning of each academic year and finish the evaluation before 10 and 3 1 in that year.
The students who have won the national scholarship are students above grade two (including grade two) in colleges and universities. In the same academic year, students from poor families who receive national scholarships can apply for and receive national grants at the same time, but they cannot receive national inspirational scholarships at the same time.
Colleges and universities should formulate specific evaluation methods according to the provisions of these measures and report them to the competent authorities for the record. College student financial assistance management institutions are specifically responsible for organizing the evaluation work, putting forward the recommended list of students who won the national scholarship in the current year, reporting it to the school leadership for collective research and approval, and publicizing it in the school for not less than 5 working days.
After publicity without objection, before June 3 1 and 1 every year, the central universities will report the evaluation results to the central competent department, and local universities will report the evaluation results to the provincial education departments step by step. After being reviewed and summarized by the central competent department and the provincial education department, it shall be reported to the Ministry of Education for approval.
