College of Engineering and Technology, Hubei University of Technology, is an independent college focusing on undergraduate education. The college was approved by Hubei Provincial Department of Education in August 2002 and confirmed by the Ministry of Education in February 2004. It is one of the first eight independent colleges approved by Hubei provincial government. The college is located in Wuhan, which is known as the thoroughfare of nine provinces. It is located on the shore of the scenic South Lake in Wuchang, and it is a concentrated place of science, technology, education and culture in Hubei Province. The campus is adjacent to Hubei University of Technology, with beautiful environment, rich modern atmosphere and complete teaching and living facilities.
