Social practice in advance, economic reasons, parents' work needs, immigration and ideological pressure can all be done. If a student wants to drop out of school, he/she must submit a written application, and his/her college will put forward opinions and report them to the Academic Affairs Office for examination and approval.
1. Parents write an application and bring students, household registration books and ID cards to see the class teacher. The head teacher asks the reason, makes records, checks and verifies the accuracy of the household registration book and the parents' ID card, and then signs the notice of leaving school and the application for approval.
2. The director of grade department inquired about the situation, made records, reviewed the materials, and signed the recycling list and application form for approval after confirmation.
3. The director of the Political and Educational Affairs Office shall review all the materials, make records one by one, and sign the Circular Form and the Approval Form.
4, entrust the application materials, ask the reason, after the completion of the record, sign the recycling list and application.
5. After seeing the circulation form approved by the principal, the finance department will not let the students who leave school prepare to calculate the refundable expenses, and then report to the principal for approval before returning.
6. The Chief of the Accommodation Section of the Political and Educational Affairs Office handles the check-out formalities according to the thoroughly audited notice, and signs the notice for approval.
7. After checking that the procedures for leaving school are complete, the Chief of the Security Section of the Political and Educational Affairs Office will take back the application and badge, and after checking that the students who have left school have not brought school property and articles, they will sign the circulation form for approval and open the door card for release. Submit the paper submission form, application form and badge to the director of the Political and Educational Affairs Office for filing.
8. The Student Affairs Office shall, according to the complete application for examination and approval recovered by the Security Section, draw files from the circulation list for students who have dropped out of school or transferred to another school, and go through the admission formalities.
