The time is about per person 10 minute. The person who called the name generously walked from the back of the classroom to the podium, bowed, greeted the respondent and introduced himself. The first 5 minutes is the self-report part, including the summary/introduction, framework/structure, highlights/emphases, solutions/countermeasures and thanks. Be sure to use words of thanks when introducing yourself. The last 5 minutes is the time for respondents to ask questions, generally no more than 3 questions.
