Well, yes, before 2007 (including 2007), it was in the top ten, hovering between the seventh and ninth places. But from 2008 to now, it has been ranked eleventh. This ranking looks great in most colleges and universities, but it is really a bit disappointing for us in Kyrgyzstan.

The following is my analysis:

1. The current president of Peking University is Zhou Qifeng, the former president of Jida University. The strength of Jida is comparable to that of other key universities. The current chairman Zhan Tao is a 37-year-old vice minister. He is the last president of Jida University, so maybe we should mention the Minister of Education. The ministerial officials trained by Jida University rank third among universities in China.

2. First of all, everyone seems to agree with Wu Shulian's ranking, but is his ranking absolutely credible?

3. Our Jida University ranks around 380 in the world university rankings, and eight universities in China rank among the top 400 in the world. Jida is one ahead of Shanghai Jiaotong University, and its overseas reputation is very high.

4. The geographical location of Jida University is not good. Changchun is an old industrial base, and its development has been sluggish in recent years. Talents are flowing to big cities. But personally, I think Changchun is very good and comfortable, much better than some big cities in the south. )
