The registration time for freshmen of Shanghai Electric Power University is September 2 1. If new students are late or give up school under special circumstances, please inform the school by letter, telephone or fax before August 15.

Freshmen's notes:

Those who do not report for the college entrance examination for two weeks without the consent of the school will automatically cancel their college entrance examination results, and the student files will be returned to the Provincial High School Admissions Office. Candidates are responsible for their admission to the college entrance examination next year because of file problems.

Materials required for admission: admission notice, ID card (except those that have not been issued), and personal files of freshmen (most provinces and cities stipulate that files should be brought to the school by freshmen, and students must ask for them from their middle schools, and a few provinces and cities uniformly recruit and send them to our school).

Letter of introduction or Communist Youth League membership card of party member, five recent one-inch bareheaded photos (black and white and color are acceptable, please write your major and name after each photo), and vaccination certificate (check during physical examination, except those that are not available).
