At present, many hotels lack excellent management talents, and the demand in this respect is still great.
Third, career choice.
As a graduate majoring in hotel management, I still hope to work in a better hotel in career choice, so that I can learn faster. Although I have learned professional knowledge well, I have little practical experience and need to accumulate more experience in practical work. At the same time, my understanding of this industry is still superficial, and I need to start from the grassroots and learn more about the hotel industry. Since summer, the four-year cycle has finally come to an end this summer. Every bit of the past, every effort in the past, emerged a little on the way back to the dormitory. Four years, I thought four years was a long time, enough for me to spend easily. But this is not the case. Just relax. Four years have passed so simply. I'm happy and sad. I am glad that I have worked hard in these four years and have not failed them. Sad that I didn't cherish my spare time, so these four years have passed so flatly. But no matter how these four years have passed, our real life has just begun. In order that my life will not be full of regrets, I have made some plans for my future career.
After 14 years.
After these four years, I should have a new understanding of myself. My self-analysis is as follows:
1. Personal dream job: My initial goal is my motivation to keep moving forward, and I have been developing towards this goal. Although after four years of study, I gradually know that I am not suitable for this job, it has always been my dream, and I still want to try it. Secondly, there is similar work in this field. Third, career planning.
