This doesn't count. Two certificates refer to CET-4 certificate and CET-2 certificate. At present, some universities need these two certificates to graduate and get a degree certificate. Some universities only need a CET-4 certificate, and some universities have nothing to do with these certificates, so they graduate after completing the credits. My university (Jinggangshan University) only requires CET-4 and can get a degree certificate.
