(1950~) male, born in 1950. Zhuji, Zhejiang, graduated from the History Department of Shanghai Normal University and the Economics Department of East China Normal University with a double degree. After graduating from college, I worked as a teacher and principal in charge of teaching in a key secondary school in Shanghai. After that, he was transferred to the Vocational Education Research Institute of Shanghai Academy of Educational Sciences.
