Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 10 The Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China shall set up an Admissions Committee, which shall be responsible for democratic decision-making on major issues such as the preparation of enrollment plans, recruitment methods, admission standards and achievements, and the principles and methods for the use of reserved plans.
Eleventh college admissions leading group is responsible for major issues during the college entrance examination.
Article 12 The Admissions Office (Flight Recruitment Center) is a permanent institution that organizes and implements enrollment work, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of full-time undergraduate and junior college enrollment.

Chapter III Enrollment Requirements
Article 14 Specific requirements for enrollment of each major:
(1) flight technology major (transport plane driving): undergraduate course is approved in advance, with a basic academic system of four years (flexible academic system is implemented according to flight training arrangements). To apply for this major, you must pass the physical examination of civil aviation professional institutions, civil aviation background investigation and flight professional psychological test in advance. Eligible candidates are admitted from high scores to low scores according to the cultural achievements of the college entrance examination (excluding policy points).

(2) Applied Psychology: Bachelor of Science and Engineering with a four-year academic system.
(3) Transportation major (air traffic control, flight dispatch, navigation information): undergraduate course in science and engineering, with a four-year academic system, only boys are recruited. The basic physical requirements of candidates applying for this major are: normal liver function, corrected or uncorrected hyperopia in each eye not less than 0.7, hyperopia in both eyes not less than 1.0(C-list), no color blindness, no strabismus, no language, pronunciation or hearing impairment, and no history of mental illness.
(4) Applied Meteorology Major (Airport Meteorological Forecast, Airline Meteorological Analysis): Bachelor of Science and Engineering, with a duration of four years. No color blindness and color weakness.

(twenty-eight) aircraft mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance major: science and engineering colleges, with a duration of three years. Only boys are recruited, without color blindness and color weakness.
Article 15 Admission requirements: Those who take the national unified examination in ordinary colleges and universities should be graduates of previous high schools, and the provincial education examination institute will provide a roster of freshmen.
Sixteenth students will be arranged to teach English as a foreign language after entering school.
Article 17 Physical health requirements: Our hospital implements the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities and related supplementary provisions issued by the Ministry of Education, the Health and Wellness Commission and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. At the same time, according to the actual requirements of professional training in our college, the following supplementary requirements are made for the physical health of candidates who apply for our college:
Except for applied psychology, English, business administration, marketing, ideological and political education and public administration, other majors should be color-blind and weak. Safety engineering major (aviation fuel storage and transportation safety) and fire engineering major should have no sense of smell disorder.
Chapter IV Enrollment Plan
Article 18 Planning principle: In strict accordance with the total planned amount issued by the Ministry of Education and the Civil Aviation Administration, gradually increase the admission rate of college entrance examination in the central and western regions and populous provinces, increase key groups of rural students, and actively support the implementation of special plans in poverty-stricken areas of the country. Ensure the completion of the mainland Tibet class, the mainland Xinjiang high school class, the Xinjiang cooperation plan (preparatory course transfer) and the southern Xinjiang separate plan. The above plans are included in the total enrollment plans of our college this academic year.
Nineteenth plan use and adjustment: the number of students enrolled by major in each province is based on the number of plans announced by the provincial (city, autonomous region) admissions office or the Education Examinations Institute. The number of reserved plans in our college does not exceed 1% of the total enrollment plans in our college, which is mainly used to solve the enrollment problem of candidates with the same score and control the quality of students. In view of the order-based training mode of flight technology specialty, the college has the right to negotiate with the provincial enrollment department to increase or decrease the plan and complete the enrollment plan to the maximum extent.
Chapter V Admission Rules
Article 20 In accordance with the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and the Regulations on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities promulgated by the Ministry of Education this year, the college has fully implemented the "sunshine project" for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities, comprehensively measured the candidates' moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic qualities and selected talents on the basis of fairness, impartiality and openness.
Twenty-first according to the provinces (cities, districts) enrollment plan and candidates to enter oneself for an examination, determine the file transfer ratio and file transfer score. At the time of admission, the college will adjust the enrollment plan in the corresponding province (city, district) according to the students' situation.
Twenty-second candidates who enjoy policy points can file according to the provisions of the province (city, district) where the candidates are located. After filing, the college will record and withdraw files according to the queuing order of candidates' actual test scores. Under the condition of the same benchmark score, candidates with policy bonus points will give priority to or refer to the relevant individual scores (flight technology majors do not enjoy any policy bonus points). Our hospital does not recognize any policy of reducing points and investing in files. For some provinces (cities, districts) that implement the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, the admission policy determined by the corresponding provincial entrance examination institutions shall be implemented.
Article 23 When enrolling students in different majors, the college will set the grade difference of professional volunteers according to the specific situation of candidates' filling in professional volunteers (the grade difference between adjacent professional volunteers is generally 1, not exceeding 3 points), and the grade difference between professional volunteers is the same. The specific score setting is based on the grade difference setting that can make the overall professional volunteer satisfaction rate of candidates applying for the college reach the maximum. Same sorting rule: 1. Science candidates are sorted in the order of math scores and comprehensive scores; 2. Liberal arts candidates are sorted according to the order of Chinese scores and comprehensive scores; 3. Candidates who are not divided into subjects are sorted according to the sum of Chinese, mathematics and foreign language scores. When the sum of Chinese, math and foreign language scores is the same, they are ranked according to Chinese, math and foreign language scores.
Twenty-fourth all the candidates who are admitted to the file are sorted according to the actual test scores, and they are admitted from high score to low score according to the number of enrollment plans of each major. Candidates who can't meet the first major's volunteer will be deducted from the actual test scores and enter the second major's volunteer queue, and so on. Candidates who can't meet all their professional volunteers will be adjusted from high to low according to their scores until the admission quota is full. Candidates who fail to meet the professional volunteers reported by candidates and do not obey the adjustment will be disqualified.
Jiangsu Province implements the admission rule of "grading first".
In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the admission rule of "queuing up for admission according to the professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1 1" is implemented (the admission of all majors in our college in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is implemented according to the filing rules of Inner Mongolia Education Examinations Institute).
Chapter VI Setting of Elective Courses
Twenty-fifth in some provinces and cities that implement the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination, the requirements of our college for candidates' examination subjects are announced to the public in advance by the local provincial examination authorities.
Chapter VII Charging Standards
Twenty-sixth freshmen shall pay tuition and accommodation fees according to the academic year according to the charging items and standards approved by the price department of Sichuan Province. The tuition fee for flight attendants and civil aviation air safety and security majors is 8,000 yuan/year, and the tuition fee for other majors is 4,440-4,920 yuan/year.

Chapter VIII Incentive Loan Policy
Article 28 The college implements the national student loan system, and students who meet the requirements of the national student loan can apply for the national student loan.
Article 29 The College implements the scholarship system. Mainly includes: national category (national scholarship, national inspirational scholarship, national grant); Social category (civil aviation trade union scholarship, civil aviation newspaper cup scholarship, large plane sailing scholarship, etc.). ); Scholarship for outstanding students of the college.
Chapter IX Registration
Thirtieth freshmen hold the admission notice and valid documents stipulated by the college, and go through the admission formalities at the college on schedule. According to Article 9 of Chapter III of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on Student Management of the College, those who are unable to enroll on schedule for some reason should submit a written application to the College before the registration date, and attach the certificate of street, township and local civil aviation recruitment (applicable to students majoring in flight technology) to ask for leave from the Student Office of our college, and the leave time is generally not more than two weeks. Those who have not taken leave or failed to enter the school within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure. After the new students enter the school, the college will conduct physical examination and review in accordance with the enrollment regulations within three months, and can only register for admission after passing the physical examination. Those who do not meet the requirements of enrollment physical examination will be dealt with by the college according to the specific circumstances. Anyone who practices favoritism and malpractice will be disqualified.
Chapter X Rooting, Resettlement and Changing Major
Thirty-first students majoring in flight technology are grounded during their study at school and transferred to the corresponding ground specialty in accordance with the relevant regulations of the college.
Article 32 The College will organize professional examinations for students of other majors except flight technology according to the changes of social employment demand. Candidates who meet the professional requirements and pass the examinations will be transferred to their declared majors in accordance with the relevant regulations of the College.
Chapter XI Graduates
Article 33 Certificate issuance: All students who have obtained the required credits within the allowed study period and meet the basic requirements for graduation are allowed to graduate and awarded the graduation certificate of China Civil Aviation Flight Academy; Graduates who meet the conditions for degree granting shall be awarded bachelor's degrees, and bachelor's degree certificates shall be issued to undergraduate graduates of ordinary higher education. Name of the school that issued the certificate: China Civil Aviation Flight Academy.
Chapter XII Enrollment Supervision
Article 34 The discipline inspection and supervision department of the College shall be responsible for the enrollment supervision, strictly implement the responsibility system and accountability measures for the enrollment work of the College, earnestly safeguard the good image of the enrollment work of the College, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of candidates. The college never entrusts any intermediary or individual to enroll students, nor does it charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. Our hospital reserves the right to investigate the legal responsibility of any intermediary agency or individual that has a bad influence on our reputation. Chapter XIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 35 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. In case of any conflict between the previous rules and regulations on enrollment and the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail.
Article 36 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office (Flight Admissions Center) of Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China.
