The second prize and the third prize are generated through the preliminary competition, and are selected according to 15‰ and 30‰ of the participants in the preliminary competition.
The grand prize and the first prize are produced through the finals and determined by the competition organizations of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) according to the final results. The total winning proportion is 5 1‰ of the participants in the preliminary competition, the grand prize 1‰, the first prize 5‰, the second prize 15‰ and the third prize 30‰. The number of participants is less than 167 but not less than 100. When calculating, keep it to one decimal place, and then select it according to the principle of rounding.
In addition, the Outstanding Organization Award is awarded to the organizing committees of the competitions in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), the organizing units and individuals at all levels with a reward ratio of 1:3, which is uniformly selected and awarded by the organizing committee of the national competition.
