There are 29 teachers with doctor's degree, master's degree or above, accounting for 96.7%. At present, the college has two master's degree programs, namely, Master of Computer Software and Theory and Master of Software Engineering. The software engineering undergraduate majors 1 and 20 10 were rated as national majors. At present, there are 42 graduate students and 972 undergraduates.
The College has also built an innovative experimental zone for training service outsourcing software talents based on CDIO in Jiangxi Province and a cooperative demonstration and training base for computer and information technology in Industry-University-Research, Jiangxi Province.
The college has three laboratories: embedded system, middleware technology and software engineering. The experimental center consists of 10 laboratories and practice bases, including network technology experimental basic center, comprehensive laboratory, middleware technology laboratory and Linux system laboratory, with a total area of 1040 square meter and 964 sets of experimental equipment, with a total equipment value of 4.73 million yuan. "Network Technology Basic Experimental Center" was also named "Jiangxi University Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center".
The College has established long-term close academic exchange relations with overseas universities such as Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada, as well as domestic famous universities and research institutes such as Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Yunnan University, Beijing Jiaotong University, Sichuan University and Institute of Software of Chinese Academy of Sciences. With Neusoft Group, Microsoft (Jiangxi) Technology Center, Minimally Invasive Software, Cisco, ZTE, Zhejiang University Netnew, Sichuang Digital, ChinaSoft International and other domestic and foreign IT enterprises, we have established close school-enterprise cooperation relations, and jointly organized "Microsoft Class" and "Neusoft Class" with Microsoft (Jiangxi) Technology Center and Neusoft Group, and implemented the "2+2" training mode.
