1, apply for Australian high school after finishing high school (Australian high school starts from 1 1 grade).
2. You can apply for the preparatory course of Australian universities after finishing the second year of high school (most people take this course, which is equivalent to the entrance examination for international students, but you have to study for one year, and then score according to your year, mainly the test scores and usual scores).
3. After finishing the third year of high school, you can take the Chinese college entrance examination, and then apply with the results of the college entrance examination. However, it should be noted that not all universities recognize the college entrance examination, and only a dozen universities in Australia recognize the Chinese college entrance examination. Neither the University of Melbourne nor Monash University in Melbourne recognizes it.
4. You can get a diploma after finishing the third year of high school. As long as the diploma meets the requirements, you can go straight to the sophomore year, but there is no diploma at Melbourne University, and other universities in Melbourne have it.
5. Take the national college entrance examination and then go to a domestic undergraduate course. As long as the average score meets the requirements, you can go to Australia for undergraduate studies (according to the domestic undergraduate level, 985 is 75%, 2 1 1.80%, not 2 1 1.85%).
What you need to prepare is the IELTS score in addition to your usual high school grades.
Because applying for preparatory courses and diplomas requires high school average scores and IELTS scores, other universities can only apply through preparatory courses, diplomas or domestic freshman scores, in addition to admitting that universities in the college entrance examination cannot go directly to undergraduate courses.
