Correspondence education is a form of learning based on exchange counseling or self-study, supplemented by face-to-face counseling. The correspondence education organized by our school is mainly self-study, and the self-study time accounts for two-thirds of the total class hours. Face-to-face counseling is mainly about 10 days every winter and summer vacation.

Amateur is a form of studying in school after school. Amateur education held by our school is taught at Pingquan Road 1427 (Jilin Electric Power Training Center) in Changchun at night or on Saturday and Sunday.
Undergraduate graduates of the above two learning forms need to write graduation thesis, and junior college graduates need to write investigation report. Undergraduate graduates who meet the conditions for degree granting may be awarded a bachelor's degree. Our school has the right to award degrees in economics, management, law, science, engineering, literature and other disciplines.
