I. Enrollment Major and Enrollment Scale
Except for business administration and public administration, all majors in our school accepted the recommended exemption students (hereinafter referred to as "exemption students") in 20 16. For details of the number of students to be enrolled in each major, please refer to China University of Political Science and Law's 20 16 Professional Catalogue for Recruiting Postgraduates. The final number of recipients is subject to the number confirmed in China Graduate Admissions Information Network "Information Publicity and Management Service System for Exempted Students".
Second, the application conditions
1. Abide by the Constitution and laws, have good moral character and good health, and have not received any punishment during school study.
2. The applicant has obtained the exemption qualification recommended by his school.
3. Excellent professional performance, and comprehensive evaluation ranks high among students of the same grade in this major.
4. The applicant's foreign language proficiency must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) English: CET-6 score is above 426 (including 426) or TOEFL, IELTS or equivalent GRE.
(2) Other languages (including Russian, Japanese, German, French, Italian and Spanish): have passed CET-4, or have equivalent scores in other exams.
(3) Apply for English major: you need to obtain the CET-4 certificate.
5. The applied major should be the same as or similar to the undergraduate major. In principle, it is not allowed to enter the exam across the first-level disciplines.
6. For students with special talents in a certain field, who have done some research on their major, published scientific research papers (must be independently created) or works, and reached a higher level, the application conditions may be appropriately relaxed. It must be approved by the Admissions College and reported to the Graduate Admissions Leading Group.

Students applying for a degree in law (illegal studies) must be non-law majors.
Students applying for a degree in law (law) must be law majors.
All majors of CEIBS Law School only accept applications from English language students.
The direction of forensic medicine of the law (illegal science) major in the Institute of Evidence Science requires applicants to obtain a bachelor's degree in medicine, a bachelor's degree in science or a bachelor's degree in engineering upon graduation.
Three. Application procedure
All students who are exempt from the exam will submit their application information online, and paper application materials will not be accepted before the second interview.
Students who apply for exemption from the examination in our school must fill in their volunteers in the following two systems, and the information must be consistent. Registration in only one system is invalid.

Four. Application material
Re-examination registration time (tentative 10-9), students who are exempt from the examination must submit the following materials to the institutions applying for the examination:
1. Original student ID card and ID card within the validity period;
2.20 16 apply for the registration form of master's degree in China University of Political Science and Law (downloaded from the online application system of our school), and affix the official seal of the academic affairs office and college of the applicant's school;
3. The transcript of the three-year undergraduate course is stamped with the official seal of the Academic Affairs Office of the applicant's school;

The original and photocopy of the transcripts of the national English proficiency test, and the original and photocopy of other TOEFL, IELTS or GRE transcripts that can prove that they have the same English level; Other languages and English majors, provide the original and copy of relevant certificates or grades.

6. Applicants who cross the first-level disciplines are also required to provide letters of recommendation issued by two professors (one is an undergraduate major and the other is an application major). Except law (illegal science) major.

(1) Re-examination
After the online application is completed, our school will conduct a preliminary examination of the application information of the students who are exempt from the examination, and publish the re-examination list on the website of our graduate school before 10+00. Candidates who enter the re-examination list must log on to our website to pay the re-examination fee 100 yuan and download the re-examination notice.

3. Assessment method: The re-examination includes written examination of specialized courses (full score 100), interview of specialized courses (full score 100), foreign language listening test and oral test (full score 100).
The written test time for specialized courses is 2 hours, and the proposition scope can be found in the proposition scope of 20 16 postgraduate re-examination subjects in our school. The interview of specialized courses examines the contents that can't be examined in written examination, focusing on the professional quality and comprehensive ability of candidates, such as logical thinking ability, language expression ability, adaptability, psychological quality, manners and etiquette, etc. Foreign language listening test and oral test are organized by Foreign Languages Institute.
4. Re-inspection results (converted by percentage):
Re-examination score (100) = written test score of specialized courses (40 points)+interview score of specialized courses (40 points)+foreign language score (including listening and oral test) (20 points).
Note: Re-examination results of China Europe Law School (100) = English listening (20)+ legal analysis (50)+ interview (30).
(2) Admission
According to the enrollment plan of our school and the students' situation, students are admitted from high score to low score according to the re-examination results. Those who fail to score 60 points (excluding 60 points) in the second interview will not be admitted; Those who have not scored 60 points (excluding 60 points) in the interview of professional courses will not be admitted; Those who fail the medical examination will not be admitted.
Our school will announce the list of students to be admitted in mid-June, 10, and send the Waiting Admission Notice to the admitted candidates through the "Student Exemption Service System" of China Graduate Admissions Information Network (). Candidates must accept the notice of waiting for admission within the specified time. Those who fail to enroll within the time limit will be deemed to have given up their admission qualification.
6. If it is found that the materials provided by the applicant are untrue or do not meet the application conditions, once found, the applicant's admission qualification will be cancelled.
VII. School Scholarship Policy
(1) According to the relevant national policies, from 20 14 onwards, all graduate students admitted to our school have to pay tuition fees. The amount of tuition fees shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations of higher authorities and schools. The school provides scholarships, grants or research grants for graduate students according to relevant standards and application approval procedures.
The newly recruited first-year graduate students in our school can enjoy the "freshman scholarship" if they have excellent grades. In the second and third grades, the scholarship of the year will be evaluated according to the comprehensive performance of the previous year.
