The test center can simulate the whole process of shot blasting by equipped with various types of shot blasting machines, and adjust the process parameters by changing the metal abrasive technology, parameters or testing machine settings. The research contents include selecting the most suitable abrasive, throwing distance and angle, abrasive flow and speed, shot blasting time and so on. The quality has reached SAE American Society of Automotive Engineers and ISO international standards.
