After graduating from hydrology, it depends on which unit you go to. You can go to design institutes and hydrological institutions. In your senior year, there will be water conservancy survey and design institutes everywhere to recruit people. Some institutions, such as the Hydrological Survey Bureau and the Bureau of Water Conservancy and Agricultural Machinery, recruit people for their undertakings, and some large enterprises, such as Nanrui and Guodian Nanzi, also recruit people (these two units seem to have long-term employment cooperation with Jianghai), and some private enterprises specializing in water conservancy and water affairs, such as Jiang Ruitong in Beijing and Fuzhou No.4 Middle School. Relatively speaking, the working environment is not so hard. If you want to talk about hard work, it is at the hydrological station at the grassroots level, but you won't go there after graduation unless you go to the Hydrological Bureau and let you exercise at the grassroots level for one year.
