Does the University of Toronto have a master's degree in teaching?
The master of teaching at the University of Toronto does not have a diploma, but has a degree certificate.

After completing the credits required by the major, the corresponding degree certificate will be issued, and there is no diploma. After the degree certificate is brought back to China, you can go to the local study abroad service center to apply for the degree certificate of the Ministry of Education.

Generally speaking, the taught graduate students (MSC, MA) study for one year (there are exceptions, for example, EXTER has nine-month courses, and some schools have two-year courses, for example, UAL), and the longest is one and a half years, including classroom teaching, special discussion, examination and continuity evaluation. No graduation thesis defense. Research-oriented students usually study for two years (MPIL), research topics and publish papers, much like domestic graduate students, with wages and good treatment, but the threshold is also high. The main purpose of this project is not to cultivate graduate students' scientific research ability, but to prepare students for entering the workplace.
