According to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education's Regulations on the Management of Dormitories in Colleges and Universities and the Code of Conduct for Students in Colleges and Universities, combined with the actual situation of our university's dormitory, the Measures for the Management of Dormitories in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine (hereinafter referred to as the Measures) are formulated. Article 2 In order to form a joint effort and comprehensive management, the school has established a student dormitory management committee, which is composed of student affairs office, logistics group, security office, youth league committee, student affairs offices of various departments, student union and other departments, and is responsible for the management of student dormitories to ensure the implementation of these regulations. Article 3 The management of student dormitories follows the principle of "three services and two education" and implements strict management to provide all-round quality services for students to become talents. Article 4 The living objects of student dormitories are full-time students enrolled in the plan, including graduate students, undergraduates, junior college students and full-time students in adult education. Article 5 All staff staying in student dormitories should obey the unified management of the school, and have the obligation to observe and maintain the dormitory order, put forward reasonable suggestions on the management of student dormitories, and optimize the dormitory environment. Article 6 The right to interpret this document belongs to the Student Dormitory Management Committee and shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation. Chapter II Bed Allocation and Arrangement Article 7 All beds in student dormitories shall be uniformly planned and used by the housing management department. In order to facilitate management, the allocation and arrangement of beds follow the principle of relative concentration of departments, majors and grades, and separation of men and women. Article 8 When students enter the school, they should take the admission notice and accommodation fee receipt to the dormitory administrator to get the room key and go through the check-in formalities. Students must live in designated beds, and may not change or occupy other beds without the consent of the housing management department. Article 9 Students who graduate, drop out of school or study abroad must go through the check-out procedures at the accommodation (only those who have no damage, lost furniture or compensated for the corresponding losses can go through the check-out procedures). Students must move out of the dormitory within five days after completing the school leaving formalities. If you need temporary accommodation under special circumstances, you must go through the formalities of renewal in the accommodation department before you can stay. Chapter III Management of Living Order Article 10 Students must abide by the rules and regulations of dormitory management, respect the management personnel, obey the arrangement and deployment of the management personnel, actively cooperate with dormitory management and establish a good living order. Dormitory administrators have the responsibility to check student dormitories (such as living order, facilities, work and rest, hygiene, etc.). ) and correct violations of these regulations. Eleventh students are not allowed to stay in the dormitory. If the property in the dormitory is stolen due to staying in the dormitory, the lodger shall take full responsibility and bear economic compensation. Twelfth master's family members may not live in student dormitories, and doctoral students and their families may not stay in student dormitories for more than one month. Fourteenth to strengthen the management of dormitory health, keep the dormitory clean and tidy. (1) The outdoor sanitation of the dormitory building shall be cleaned regularly by specialized personnel organized by the housing management department. Students should respect the work of cleaners, dump leftovers into rotten barrels, put garbage in fixed places, and do not spit, throw sewage or litter, scribble or throw balls and shoes on the wall in dormitory areas. (2) Dormitory members are responsible for the indoor sanitation of the dormitory, adhere to the health duty system, regularly carry out civilized dormitory appraisal, keep the room clean, the glass clean and dust-free, the articles clean and beautiful, and it is strictly forbidden to keep pets. Fifteenth to strengthen the dormitory safety management, pay attention to fire prevention and theft. (a) to improve the awareness of fire safety, it is strictly prohibited to light candles, set off firecrackers and burn debris in the dormitory area. Chapter IV Work and Rest Management Article 16 All boarding students must strictly implement the school work and rest system and go to bed on time. The student dormitory is open from 6: 30 to 23: 30. At other times, the dormitory door is closed and no one is allowed to enter or leave at will. When entering the dormitory during non-opening hours, you must check and register with the dormitory administrator. It is forbidden to cross the fence and enter the dormitory. Seventeenth in order to ensure the normal use of electricity and necessary rest time, the dormitory of students is powered 24 hours a day, but the lights are turned off on time. Each dormitory must consciously turn off the indoor lighting before 23:00 (23:30 on Friday and Saturday) to keep the dormitory quiet. Eighteenth student dormitories to implement the visitor system. When off-campus staff visit students in the dormitory, they must go through the verification and registration procedures with the dormitory administrator, and also register the departure time with the dormitory administrator after the visit. Visiting hours:11:00-12: 30 and 16: 30-22: 00, and 9: 00-22: 00 on Saturday and Sunday; It is strictly forbidden to exchange visits between the opposite sex during non-visiting hours. Chapter V Hydropower Management Article 19 Save hydropower and oppose waste. When people leave the switch, the lights go out. Graduate students are subsidized with 6 kWh per month, and college students are subsidized with 20 kWh per month in each dormitory. Chapter VI Furniture Management Article 23 All furniture and equipment in student dormitories are school property, which shall be planned by the housing management department in a unified way, and the responsibility shall be assigned to the people according to the standards. If it is man-made damage or loss, it should be compensated according to the price.
