School of Film and Television Communication of Northwest University is a book. Northwest University is a comprehensive national key university founded by the people of China, the Ministry of Education and the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government. Ranked among the first batch of national "world-class discipline construction universities" and national "2 1 1 project" key construction universities, and selected into the basic capacity building project of central and western universities and the discipline innovation and intelligence introduction plan of universities.

It is the oldest institution of higher learning in the northwest of China. It is a national public graduate program to build a high-level university, an institution for Japanese government scholarships to receive overseas students in China, the first batch of demonstration universities in China to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the founding members of China-China Humanities Exchange University Alliance, New Silk Road University Alliance and Chang 'an Alliance, and the first batch of doctoral, master's and bachelor's degree awarding units in China.
