Southeast University Master's Admissions Guide for 2020
According to the Regulations of the Ministry of Education on National Postgraduate Enrollment in 2020, the Articles of Association for Postgraduate Enrollment in Southeast University in 2020 is formulated.
In 2020, our school will continue to adhere to the principles of on-demand enrollment, comprehensive evaluation, merit-based enrollment and quality-oriented, and plan to recruit about 5 100 full-time graduate students (subject to the final enrollment plan document officially issued by the Ministry of Education); It is planned to recruit about 2,000 students who are recommended to be exempted from the test inside and outside the school (the final number will be subject to the admission confirmed by the exemption system).
Our academic degree can only recruit full-time master students, and some professional degree categories (fields) can recruit part-time master students. For details of enrollment majors, please refer to the list of enrollment majors of Southeast University in 2020.
In principle, full-time graduate students in our school are admitted according to the category of "non-directional employment" (except special plans), and part-time graduate students are admitted according to the category of "directional employment".
I. Application conditions
(1) China and China citizens.
(two) support the leadership of China * * * production party, good moral character, law-abiding.
(three) the physical health status meets the requirements of the medical examination prescribed by the state (refer to the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities").
(four) the academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
1. Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education held by ordinary universities, adult universities and ordinary universities) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education. Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma before entering school, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.
2. People with nationally recognized undergraduate degrees.
3. Persons who have obtained the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for 2 years (from graduation to the date of admission, the same below) or more than 2 years; As well as undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications, if they meet the following conditions, they can apply for the status of undergraduate graduates with the same academic qualifications: 1) They can provide all required course study certificates and transcripts similar to the undergraduate majors applied by the academic affairs office of the school; 2) Qualified in CET-4; 3) The first author has published academic papers related to the applied major in core journals; 4) Generally, it is not allowed to apply for cross-majors.
4. Persons who have obtained master's or doctoral degrees. Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.
5. Candidates who apply for overseas academic certificates must pass the certification of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education (China), and the certification report must be submitted during the qualification examination in the second interview stage.
(5) Candidates applying for 035 10 1 Law (Illegal Studies) must not only meet the conditions of (1), (2), (3) and (4), but also be a non-law major (law major in the law category of the undergraduate professional catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities [code: 030]
(6) Candidates who register for 035 102 Law (Law) must be law majors (only law majors in the undergraduate professional catalogue of ordinary colleges and universities [code: 030 1], law graduates at junior college level and law majors in self-study exams, except those who meet the requirements of (1), (2), (3).
(7) Candidates who apply for 125 100 business administration, 125200 enterprise * * * management, 1 2560/project management and 125602 project management, except those who meet the requirements. Or a person with more than 2 years of work experience after obtaining a master's degree or a doctoral degree. The study method is "part-time" and the application category is "directed employment".
125 100 the enrollment policy for MBA postgraduate examinations is also implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the opinions of the Ministry of education on further standardizing MBA postgraduate education (teaching and research [2016] No.2).
(eight) candidates who apply for separate examinations must meet the following conditions in addition to items (1), (2) and (3):
1. Application conditions: After obtaining a bachelor's degree recognized by the state, I have worked continuously in the fields of financial big data analysis and mining, Internet financial management, etc. for more than 4 years, or I have worked for more than 2 years after obtaining a master's degree or doctoral degree. My business is excellent, my work or scientific research achievements have won meritorious service awards at or above the provincial level, and I have published relevant research papers (technical reports) and become the backbone of the unit business. Candidates must be approved by the unit where they work, and two experts with senior professional titles recommended by the unit and recognized by our school can apply for the exam only after passing the qualification examination of the research and recruitment office of our school.
2. Enrollment major: 025 100 Finance, research direction: financial big data analysis and mining and emergency security management of Internet finance 3. The study method is "part-time" and the application category is "directed employment".
(nine) the information such as the qualification and enrollment quota of the minority high-level backbone talents plan shall be subject to the enrollment policy of the minority high-level backbone talents plan issued by the Ministry of Education that year. Candidates are required to send the "Confirmation Form for Postgraduate Qualification of High-level Talents Program for Ethnic Minorities" with official seal to the Graduate Admissions Office of Southeast University before 2019165438+10. (10) Candidates who apply for the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "Retired College Soldiers" should be college students who have retired from active service and meet the requirements for postgraduate enrollment (college students refer to full-time graduates (including vocational colleges), graduate students, graduates with second bachelor's degrees, students and freshmen in adult colleges (vocational colleges)). Candidates should choose to fill in the special plan for retired college students' soldiers when registering, and fill in the enrollment information before enlistment and relevant information such as enlistment and retirement as required. Candidates should be able to provide their own "Certificate of Approval to Join the Army" and "Certificate of Retirement from Active Service".
(eleven) national defense students and active servicemen shall apply in accordance with the provisions of the relevant departments of the army and the documents of the Ministry of education. Candidates in the plan of strengthening the army are limited to apply for full-time professional degree-related categories (fields) in our school, and must take the national unified examination, and the retest score line shall be delineated separately. The application category is "directed employment".
(12) All majors in Suzhou Joint Graduate School of Southeast University-Monash University do not accept candidates for special programs such as strengthening the army plan, minority backbone plan and retired college student soldier plan.

Second, registration.
1. Candidates should carefully understand and choose to fill in their volunteers in strict accordance with the application conditions and relevant policy requirements. If you do not meet the requirements of the application conditions and relevant policies, resulting in the subsequent failure to conduct on-site confirmation, examination, retest or admission, the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves. Candidates should accurately fill in personal online registration information and provide real materials as required. If the information in the online newspaper is incorrect or untrue, the candidates cannot take the exam, retest or admission, and the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
2. Registration includes two stages: online registration and on-site confirmation. This year's undergraduate graduates should choose the registration point designated by the provincial education entrance examination institution where the school is located to handle online registration and on-site confirmation procedures; Candidates who take separate examinations and plan to strengthen the army must choose the registration point of Southeast University (3202) for online registration and on-site confirmation procedures; Other candidates will choose the registration point designated by the provincial education entrance examination institution where their work or household registration is located for online registration and on-site confirmation procedures.
3. Candidates should log on to the China Graduate Admissions Information Network (public website:, education website:, hereinafter referred to as "research recruitment network") within the specified time, and register according to the online announcement requirements of the Ministry of Education, provincial education enrollment examination institutions, enrollment test sites and enrollment units. During the registration period, candidates can modify the online registration information or fill in the registration information again, but one candidate can only keep one valid registration information. If no supplementary report is made within the time limit, the registration information shall not be modified. Applicants with the same academic level should truthfully fill in the learning situation and provide real materials according to the requirements of the admissions unit.
4. During the registration period, candidates' education (student status) information will be queried online, and candidates can query the results of education (student status) online. Candidates can also log on to the China Higher Education Student Information Network (website:) to inquire about their academic qualifications (student status) before or at the time of registration. Candidates who fail the online verification of academic qualifications (student status) should complete the verification of academic qualifications (student status) before the second interview.
All candidates who take part in the postgraduate entrance examination must register online, confirm the online newspaper information and collect relevant electronic information such as their own images at the registration site, and pay the registration fee according to the regulations. Candidates who choose to take the preliminary examination at the registration point of Southeast University (3202) must strictly follow the requirements of the announcement of the registration point of Southeast University; Candidates who choose to participate in the preliminary examination at the foreign registration point must follow the requirements of the local registration point.
Third, the initial test
1. Candidates should log in to China Graduate Admissions Information Network with their user name and password according to the time stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and download and print the admission ticket by themselves. The admission ticket is printed in A4 format with white paper, and the front and back sides shall not be altered or written during use. Candidates take the initial test and re-test with the downloaded and printed admission ticket and resident ID card.
2. The initial test time shall be implemented in accordance with the unified regulations of the Ministry of Education. The first test method is written test. For details of the preliminary examination subjects, please refer to the catalogue of enrollment majors.
Fourth, the second interview
1. Our school independently determines the preliminary test scores and other academic requirements of candidates entering the re-examination. Candidates whose preliminary test results meet the professional requirements of the college can take part in the second interview, and those who fail the second interview will not be admitted.
2. Our school implements the second-round exam of the difference, and the difference ratio is generally not less than 120%.
3. The second interview will be arranged in Southeast University, and the specific time and place will be notified online. The re-examination content includes foreign language listening, speaking, professional knowledge and comprehensive quality test. The re-examination method will be written examination, interview and experimental operation. The coverage of written examination subjects can be found in the catalogue of enrollment majors. The ideological and political theory examination for business administration, public administration, engineering management, accounting and other professional masters is conducted in the second interview, and the results are included in the second interview results.
4. Candidates who participate in the re-examination with the same academic level must try at least two undergraduate courses related to the reported major in the re-examination. The way of re-examination is written examination. The subjects and requirements of the second interview will be notified separately, and you can participate in the second interview only after passing the second interview. Candidates with the same academic qualifications who apply for master of law (illegal studies), master of business administration, master of public administration and master of engineering management may not take the examination.
5. Other relevant bonus points and care policies shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education.
6. In the re-examination stage, our school strictly examines the candidates' original registration materials such as resident ID card, academic degree certificate, academic certificate and student ID card and their qualifications. Those who do not meet the requirements will not be retested, and the relevant consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves. If there is a problem with the information verification of candidates' academic qualifications (student status), they should complete the verification of their academic qualifications (student status) before the second interview, and provide relevant certification materials during the qualification examination.
7. The medical examination will be arranged after the candidates plan to enter the school, and the specific time will be notified separately. The standard of physical examination refers to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities revised by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation.
Five, ideological and political quality and moral assessment
The examination of ideological and political quality and moral character mainly examines the actual performance of candidates, including political attitude, ideological performance, moral quality, law-abiding, honesty and trustworthiness. Those who fail the ideological and moral assessment will not be admitted.
After the proposed admission list is confirmed, our school will send a letter to the candidate's unit to obtain personnel files (or file audit opinions) and my actual performance and other materials to comprehensively inspect his ideological, political and moral status. The written materials of the candidates' actual performance need to be sealed by the candidates' personal files or the personnel and political work departments of their units.
Sixth, enrollment.
According to the national enrollment plan, re-examination admission method, candidates' initial and re-examination results, ideological and political performance and physical and mental health status, our school determines the list of candidates to be admitted.
Graduate students with targeted employment should sign targeted employment contracts with enrollment units and employers respectively before being admitted. Candidates applying for a master's degree and problems arising from their work units shall be handled by the candidates themselves. If the candidate cannot be re-examined or admitted, the admissions unit will not be responsible.
The application information confirmed by candidates will not be modified at the admission stage, and those who do not meet the conditions will not be admitted. Candidates who fail or fail to complete the examination of academic qualifications (student status) shall not be included in the proposed admission list for publicity or reporting.
This year's undergraduate graduates and candidates who can graduate from self-study exams and online education at that time, who have not obtained the nationally recognized undergraduate diploma at the time of admission, have invalid admission qualifications.
Seven. Other explanations
1. The "number of students to be enrolled" published in the 2020 enrollment catalogue of our school is the number of students to be enrolled in the examination, excluding the number of students to be enrolled without the examination. The number of students enrolled in the examination will change (increase or decrease) according to the number of enrollment plans officially issued by the Ministry of Education and the actual number of graduate students admitted or exempted from the examination. 2. According to the spirit of relevant documents of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education, all graduate students who are included in the enrollment plan must pay tuition fees. Approved by the price department of Jiangsu Province, the tuition standard for graduate students in our school in 2020 is detailed in the website announcement.
3. Full-time graduate students in our school participate in scholarship evaluation, and part-time graduate students do not participate in scholarship evaluation.
4. Our school does not arrange dormitory accommodation for the admitted part-time postgraduate students.
5. Our school does not hold any form of pre-test remedial classes; Do not provide questions and review materials over the years.
6. If candidates are found to have declared false materials, cheated in the exam and other behaviors that violate the exam discipline, our school will inform their units and deal with them seriously according to the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations promulgated by the Ministry of Education.
7. Other enrollment policies shall be subject to the "Regulations on the Administration of National Postgraduate Enrollment in 2020". If the country issues a new postgraduate enrollment policy in the enrollment year of 2020, our school will make corresponding adjustments and publish it on our postgraduate enrollment website in time.
