For more than ten years, he has been the artistic director and permanent conductor of the Tsinghua University Symphony Orchestra, as well as the Jinfan Orchestra of Beijing No.11 School, Beijing No.101 Middle School and a primary school Jinfan Orchestra of Zhongguancun No.2 Primary School. In 2002, he won the special prize of Tokyo University Symphony Music Festival and the first prize of the first national university art festival symphony. In July 2004, he conducted the Beijing Jinfan Symphony Orchestra to give a special performance in the Golden Hall in Vienna, and won the gold medal in the 34th Vienna International Youth Symphony Competition.
In 2005 and 2007, he was invited to participate in the European Youth Orchestral Music Festival twice, conducting large-scale joint orchestras from Russia, Poland, Spain, France and Portugal, and was invited to perform in the United States, Germany, South Korea, Hong Kong and Macao for many times, which was well received.
In 2009, together with beijing no.11 high school Jinfan Symphony Orchestra, he went to Vienna for the second time to attend the 4th Glory World Youth Music Festival and won the gold medal.
