Is Nanguang College of Communication University of China eligible to attend Communication University of China?
There is basically no advantage, and three independent colleges have no research qualifications. This is stipulated by the state.
Nanguang is basically out of China now. It's two schools, not subordinate colleges. So testing has no advantage. But for example, Chengguang and Nanguang will definitely give priority to Nanguang under the same conditions.
