Ji Ligang's resume
Graduated from the Law Department of Fudan University with a master's degree in law; Received a doctorate in law from East China University of Political Science and Law. Now he is a professor at Fudan University Law School and a doctoral supervisor in civil and commercial law. He is currently the executive vice president of Fudan University Law School, and concurrently serves as an arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, an arbitrator of Shanghai Arbitration Commission, an executive director of China Law Clinic Education Research Association, a member of the Science and Technology Committee of Shanghai Construction Committee, and an executive director of the Clinic Legal Education Professional Committee of china law society Law Education Research Association. He visited the University of Constance in Germany (2000-200 1) and Yale University in the United States (2004-2005). Won the honorary title of "Excellent Young and Middle-aged Jurist in Shanghai" (2006); Won the "Excellent Works Award" of the Third National Law Textbook and Scientific Research Achievement Award (2009).
