Candidates who apply to transfer to academic major should have the same or similar major as the volunteer major, and in principle should be fresh undergraduates or undergraduate graduates. Candidates who transfer to the Master of Laws (Illegal Studies) major must also apply for the Master of Laws (Illegal Studies).
Transfer students who wish to apply for an academic law major and graduate with a major in law (only graduates with a major in law (code: 030 1) in the catalogue of undergraduate majors in ordinary colleges and universities can apply to transfer to a master of law (law)), but candidates who wish to become a master of law (law) major may not apply to transfer to other academic law majors.
Basic conditions for adjustment
1, in line with the relevant adjustment requirements of the National Regulations on the Enrollment of Postgraduates in 2022, and in line with the professional registration requirements of our school. The preliminary examination results are in line with the Ministry of Education's "Basic Requirements for Re-examination Candidates in the 2022 National Postgraduate Entrance Examination (Class B Candidates)", and individual majors must meet the basic requirements for re-examination based on the preliminary examination results independently determined by our school.
2. The language of the foreign language examination for transfer students accepted by our school is English and Japanese. Candidates who apply for the major of law (illegal study) must also take the major of law (illegal study) as their first choice, and they are not allowed to transfer to other majors. Candidates from other majors are not allowed to transfer to this major. Candidates who apply to transfer to a part-time law (law) major must apply for "targeted employment".
