Procedures for the introduction of talents from other provinces and cities into Tianjin hukou

The first is the conditions for introducing talents from other provinces and cities.

1, bachelor degree or above, under 35 years old, cadre status;

2. Persons over the age of 35 who need to obtain the qualifications for professional and technical positions at or above the intermediate level (senior titles are required for children);

In addition to the existing regulations, the age of introducing talents should generally be under 45.

Second, the processing program

Step 1: file promotion

Our talent center issued a business transfer letter, went to the file storage office to extract files, and returned to the original unit with the business transfer letter. At the same time, the original unit issued a letter of consent to transfer (issued by the personnel department at or above the county level), and the personnel of our center is responsible for reviewing the files.

Step 2: the unit fills in the form and submits the materials.

Fill in the Report on Cadre Transfer (in duplicate) and the Registration Form for Personnel Transfer (in duplicate) and affix the official seal. After verification, our bureau will issue a business transfer letter, application form, degree certificate and professional title certificate to the original unit.

Step 3: Submit the following materials to Tianjin Personnel Bureau.

(1) talent introduction application;

(2) Degree certificate, professional title certificate and marriage certificate (original and photocopy);

(3) Transfer-out consent

(4) Archives of imported talents (archival materials include: registration certificate, graduation certificate and technical archives. If the introduced talents are not classified according to the unified recruitment when they graduate, the archival materials should also have the procedures for recruiting and hiring cadres;

(five) the report on the transfer of cadres and the registration form for the transfer of personnel.

Step 4: Get the transfer order and the registration form of transferred personnel.

The Municipal Personnel Bureau will issue a transfer order after reviewing the archival materials (give me two transfer orders and a "Transfer Personnel Registration Form").

Step 5: Apply for a moving permit.

Hold one of the transfer orders, the personnel transfer registration form and the certificate of education to the account office of the Municipal Public Security Bureau for the "Permit to Move".

Step 6: Move out of the account.

Return to the original unit with another transfer order and "Permit to Move" to adjust the personnel relationship (the letter of introduction of cadres should be filled in: Tianjin Personnel Bureau) and the salary relationship, and move the account.

Step 7: Report and settle down.

Report to the one-stop service office of Tianjin Personnel Bureau with the letter of introduction from cadres, letter of introduction from salary adjustment and household registration certificate. After reporting, report to the household registration office of Tianjin Public Security Bureau with a letter of introduction issued by the Municipal Personnel Bureau.

Finally, the letter of introduction from the cadres will be sent to the personnel bureau and stored in my file.

This is the main mode of talent introduction to obtain Tianjin hukou.
