The national joint recruitment registration work is organized by the work office of colleges and universities for jointly recruiting overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students (hereinafter referred to as the joint recruitment office), and the online forecast name and on-site formal confirmation are adopted.

The registration time is March1-March 3 1 every year, in which candidates make online name prediction on the joint recruitment website on March1-March1May; Candidates will go to the site for registration confirmation from March 16 to March 3 1 day.

Candidates are required to make on-site registration confirmation at the designated registration points in Beijing, Shanghai, Fujian, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao announced by the Joint Admissions Office. Among them, overseas Chinese candidates must register in Guangdong test area, and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan candidates with Hong Kong and Macao education must register at the location of graduation middle school.

1. After the registration, the Joint Admissions Office will organize and coordinate relevant departments to review the candidates' registration qualifications, including identity review and academic qualifications review.

2. The exit-entry administration department of the public security organ where each test area is located shall check the information of the candidates' exit-entry certificates and provide the exit-entry records of overseas Chinese candidates.

3. The information of candidates with mainland (Chinese mainland) education is summarized by the Joint Admissions Office and sent to the provincial education department where the candidates graduated from the middle school for academic examination.

4. After the Joint Admissions Office reviews the qualifications of candidates, it will publicize the list of candidates who have passed the examination in official website. The publicity information includes the candidate's name, gender and qualification category. Candidates who have passed the qualification examination and been publicized can take the joint exam. Candidates who have been reported to be fraudulent after publicity shall not take part in the examination and admission.
