Article 6 Distribution

(1) The state subsidy is paid monthly. Training units shall conduct qualification examination every month, and submit the changes to the Graduate Management Office before 10. The management office shall submit the list of national grants to the financial office at the end of each month, which will issue them.

(2) For direct students and students who have not been awarded intermediate degrees in the enrollment brochure, the school determines the level of state grants according to the stage of the courses taken by the students in that year. At the stage of elective master's courses, state grants are issued according to the status of master's students; Enter the elective stage of doctoral courses and issue state grants as doctoral students. Before being registered as a doctor, graduate students will receive state grants according to their master's status; After being registered as a doctoral student, the national grant will be distributed as a doctoral student.

Eighth graduate students and doctoral supervisors to apply for qualifications:

(1) Postgraduates who continue to pursue postgraduate studies shall participate in the evaluation of academic scholarships as master students before being registered as doctoral students or passing the evaluation of doctoral degree qualifications; After registering as a doctoral student, or after passing the doctoral qualification examination, participate in the evaluation of academic scholarships as a doctoral student; Direct doctoral students and students who have not been awarded intermediate degrees in the enrollment brochure shall be determined to participate in the academic scholarship evaluation according to the level of the courses they studied in that year. Participate in the evaluation as a master student at the stage of elective master's courses and as a doctoral student at the stage of elective doctoral courses.

Article 10 The number of postgraduate scholarships shall be distributed in proportion to the number of students who are qualified to participate in the evaluation, and the number of places shall be inclined to basic disciplines and urgently needed disciplines. Scholarships for the first academic year will be given to outstanding graduate students who directly pursue doctoral degrees and are recommended by undergraduates to study for master's degrees without taking the test.
