Schools that can apply for the second prize of discipline competition promotion are: University of Science and Technology Beijing, Dalian University of Technology, Southeast University, Hunan Normal University, North China Electric Power University, South China University of Technology, Jilin University, xidian university, Xi Jiaotong University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China Ocean University and Central South University.

If more schools can apply for the first prize, these schools are very good science and engineering schools, suitable for science students. Math competitions don't have to be confined to math majors. Photoelectricity, machinery, automation and architecture are all optional.
