There are usually two ways to send a portfolio to a reporting agency. One is that the directly affiliated school will arrange to send it, but it will not know where to send it until all the notices come out.

Second, candidates need to bring their own. Of course, students need to pick them up from high school. This year is special, and many of them are mailed to students. Then at the beginning of school, the students brought the original report and the portfolio together, collected them and handed them in.

If the portfolio is sent to other universities that are not going to report, it will be sent back after confirmation. If you are not at ease, you can ask the class teacher.
