Qingdao University of Technology, located in Qingdao, Shandong Province, is a university funded by the central and local governments and mainly managed by local governments. It is a multi-disciplinary university with a focus on engineering, distinctive features such as civil construction, machinery manufacturing, environment and energy, and the coordinated development of science, engineering, management, law and art. It is the first batch of "11plan" construction units of local universities in China, the first batch of demonstration universities in China to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and a key university in Shandong Province to train applied basic talents.
