According to the inquiry of official website of PLA Army Engineering University, as of August 5, 2023, there are five colleges in the school, namely: Communication Engineering College, Field Engineering College, Command and Control Engineering College, National Defense Engineering College and Graduate School. Army Engineering University is a comprehensive university directly under the Ministry of National Defense of People's Republic of China (PRC), focusing on military engineering and information engineering. Founded in 1953, it was formerly the Military Engineering College of China People's Liberation Army.
