1. Personnel in core positions are recruited and managed by the school in a unified way, and personnel relations are subject to the personnel agency system. Every year 10, the school prepares and approves the personnel of each unit. The recruitment of party and government management positions and the assessment of counselors take a combination of written examination and interview, which is organized by the school in a unified way, and the candidates to be hired are determined according to the weighted total scores of written examination and interview.

2. The employment period of the personnel in the core positions will be specifically agreed by the school according to the nature of the positions. Upon the expiration of the contract, the school will organize the examination in a unified way. If the examination results are excellent, I agree to renew the contract with the school. If the work performance is outstanding, the school can transfer to the career establishment and employment in due course.

Logistics service jobs are mobile jobs. The school encourages all units to adopt flexible and diverse employment forms such as work-study, part-time employment or full-time employment, make full use of the existing human resources of the school (including retirees), and build harmonious and efficient labor relations.

The school and full-time employees sign labor contracts according to their work needs, but only once (the number of times has been counted since 2008), and the longest working life of full-time employees in school is no more than nine years. 5. Each unit may, according to the actual situation, incorporate the above tasks into the unified management of the school.

6. All units shall, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school, strengthen the management of supernumerary employment, conscientiously implement the labor contract law, and employ people according to law. Without the consent of the school, unauthorized use of supernumerary employment causes losses to the school, and the school will investigate the responsibility of the main administrative person in charge of the unit according to the circumstances.
