College starting point: economic law, cost accounting, building materials, building structure and mapping, engineering economics, financial management, building construction technology, civil engineering budget, decoration engineering budget, building engineering pricing and control, installation engineering technology and measurement.

Educational system: 2.5 years for senior high school junior college and 2.5 years for undergraduate college.
