Chengdu Universiade refers to the 3rd1China Summer Universiade, which was held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province on July 2, 2022 15. It is a multi-project and large-scale event in previous Universiade.

The Universiade includes 17 events, including track and field, swimming, basketball, football, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, diving, shooting, weightlifting, wrestling, judo, boxing, fencing, martial arts, sailing and handball. Among them, there are 47 track and field events, which have become the single events of this Universiade.

The opening and closing ceremonies of the Universiade will be held in Chengdu Sports Center on July 2 15, when athletes and spectators from all over the country will gather together to witness this sports event.

The Organizing Committee of Chengdu 20021World Summer Universiade has determined the configuration scheme of 5 1 venue and passed the evaluation of the International University Sports Federation. Among them, Dongan Lake Sports Center has been identified as the main stadium of the Universiade, which will undertake the opening and closing ceremonies, swimming and gymnastics competitions.

Dong 'an Lake Sports Center, including a comprehensive sports ground and gymnasium, swimming and diving hall and comprehensive ball hall, is expected to be completed in April 20021year, and relevant tests for the Universiade will be started. From April to June, 2022, these venues held project test drills and summarized them one by one, constantly optimizing and improving the conditions for hosting competitions.
