1. Students who need to reissue their student ID cards should first receive the Approval Form for Reissuing Student ID Cards and School Emblems from the counselor and teacher. After filling in the complete basic information, the counselor will sign the opinion. If the travel interval is inconsistent with the home address, provide a copy of the father's (mother's) residence permit at the transfer place;

2. Report the loss to the editorial department of the school newspaper on the fourth floor of the administrative building of Angong University with the Approval Form for Reissuing Student ID Card and School Emblem. (You don't need to report the loss if you change it to an interval);

3. Every Friday afternoon, when the Student Affairs Center (Jiao Yi 4 17) accepts the replacement business, it is required to provide the Examination and Approval Form for the Replacement of Student ID Card and School Emblem, the Report on the Loss Report and an inch of bareheaded photos;

4. After one week's acceptance, students can get their student ID cards from the Student Affairs Center.
