1. After deliberation by the Professional and Technical Position Appointment Committee of Shanghai Jiaotong University, those who have been appointed as professional and technical positions of subtropical high school and above can be directly transferred to the career establishment if they pass the annual assessment;
2. Teachers, who have worked in the school for no less than four years in the form of talent dispatch A, have passed the annual assessment, have reached the promotion standard of associate senior professional and technical posts, and are willing to sign an employment agreement with the school (giving corresponding funding). Those who have been hired as associate senior and above professional and technical posts after the promised employment period expires (not more than three years) can be directly transferred to the career establishment, while those who have not been hired need to leave school or change jobs, and have been funded by the "New Young Teachers Start-up Plan".
3. Those who have the principal ranks of the party and government recognized by the school and passed the annual assessment can be directly transferred to the career establishment.
