4. Teaching level

Unlike high schools and junior high schools, university teachers do not have to obtain teacher qualification certificates, nor do they have to graduate from normal universities, but need to attend separate interviews with universities. The interview session requires lectures, and candidates should prepare lessons in advance and teach the contents of the whole class.
